Yes. CO2 reporting is mandatory for organisations with 100 or more employees. Under the Dutch Work-Related Passenger Mobility Reporting Obligation (WPM), employers must record and report all employee commuting and business travel. This includes information such as the mode of transport, distance travelled, and, for certain types of travel, the fuel type used. The reporting requirement has been in effect since 1 July 2024.
