Flexible travelling: reimbursement of actual travel costs
Under this policy, an employee's travel by private transport is reimbursed based on actual commute travel. This reimbursement can be easiliy combined with other allowances, such as for public transport, the use of (lease) bicycles or a from home allowance. Flexible, since this scheme allows employees to decide where they work and how they travel.
Mobility budget
Our mobility budget gives employees the flexibility and freedom to optimize their mobility. This can be with or without a lease car. Employees can constantly combine key forms of mobility, such as public transport, cycling, and (shared) cars. This allows employees to adapt to changing travel needs themselves, enabling them to make the most optimal journey every day. And the administration? Goes easily with our app.

With Mobility Concept's bonus-malus lease budget, the employer's lease policy remains the basis. The bonus-malus lease budget encourages lease drivers to make smart choices, choices that allow them to save money. Employers can settle the costs of private use and fuel with lease drivers on an individual basis using our online platform. Customized per category of employees

The type of mobility arrangement can be fully customized per category of employees, such as the reimbursement level, the size of the budget, and the types of transportation.
