CO2 reporting mobility: Guide for employers
Starting July 1st, 2024, many organizations in the Netherlands will be required to report on the mobility of their employees. This reporting obligation stems from the ‘Omgevingswet’ (Environment Act), which will take effect in the new year. To help employers comply with the reporting obligation, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management has now made available the definitive guide for employers. The guide explains what data is requested, the methods that can be used to collect it, and how to submit the report.
