CO2 reporting mobility: Guide for employers
From 1 July 2024, many organisations in the Netherlands are required to report on the mobility of their employees. This reporting obligation is part of the Environmental Act (Omgevingswet) and applies to employers with 100 or more employees.
To help employers comply with this requirement, the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management has published the final guidance for employers. This guidance explains which data must be collected, how it can be gathered, and how the report should be submitted.
